Jeff Diem, a disaster restoration estimator, had a vision: to simplify the complex and time-consuming process of comparing estimates between restoration experts and insurance adjusters. He believed that with modern technology, there must be a quicker, more efficient way to handle this task. Little did Jeff know that his idea would revolutionize the entire industry.

Jeff’s goal was clear—create a solution that dramatically reduces the hours estimators spend cross-checking insurance adjuster estimates. To make this vision a reality, he partnered with PDG+creative to bring his concept to life.

First, LEVLR needed an identity. Through our discovery process, PDG+creative explored multiple branding concepts, eventually landing on the strongest name: LEVLR—a brand designed to symbolize leveling the playing field between homeowners and large insurance companies. Using our proven process, we crafted a brand that clearly communicated the problem being solved and the immense value LEVLR brings to the industry.

To market the application to the target audience, we focused on marketing. We developed a dedicated website to demonstrate how LEVLR works, complete with a compelling video and all of the marketing and digital assets needed to highlight the challenges faced by estimators and show how LEVLR solves them. This website serves as the user’s first interaction with the brand, guiding them smoothly into the account creation process.
