He defies every label. Because you can't label an idea. As Creative Director of PDG+Creative, Matt melds pure instinct with conceptual imagination to develop every idea. His objective is to unleash creative that will lead to an effectual product. To broaden the reach of influential creative, Matt serves as a professor of branding and design at a local liberal arts university. Before launching PDG+Creative in the early 90s, Matt worked with a consulting firm as a Communication Specialist. In conjunction with PDG+creative, Matt has consulted with clients from around the US to develop and communicate gripping marketing concepts that will further their brand.
Barbara Pendergraff
Chief Financial Officer
She communicates in numbers. And her brilliant mind for business upholds every aspect of PDG+Creative. After earning a B.S. in Accounting, Barb first took the world of business as a stock broker; for five years she managed the financial markets of several corporations and individuals. Now, at PDG+Creative, her intrinsic logic and keen attention to detail keeps an unpredictable creative team on track.
Jennifer Farmer
Account Director
She is a meticulous leader, whose verve adds unsurpassable quality to each project she directs. Vast experience in the industry has equipped Jennifer with innumerable talents and strong ingenuity. Utilizing her eloquent skill as a communicator, Jennifer worked with Plan B in Chicago as the Account Executive specializing in new business development. She has also lent her directorial talents to Stevens & Tate in the Chicagoland area, for whom she was a freelance Account Executive. Her attention to detail and natural sense of order keeps every project at PDG+creative focused and on-target.
Jared Patton
Interactive Art Director
Jared is a man of intrepid energy, with full command of his position as Interactive Art Director. He fuses his knowledge of interactive functionality and graphic design to create intense and captivating web sites. Though Jared began with PDG+creative as a member of the print department, he has made a powerful difference with the interactive team. He offers an enamor for the conceptual aspect of design and a solid understanding of web usage and standards. Above all, Jared relishes driving every project to a dynamic finish. Because it's hard to beat beholding the final product.
Mary Ruth
Account Executive
Our Account Executive discovered the thrill of design in the stirring streets of Manhattan. Studying at New York University's Center for Publishing, Mary brushed shoulders with magazine industry leaders representing the Time Inc, Hearst and Condé Nast corporations. With their designers, she explored the often sporadic road that leads to phenomenal creative and shared the intense energy of creative collaboration. Now at PDG+Creative, Mary serves as a creative link between clients and art directors, ensuring that each project meets its every objective.
Josh Howard
Designer
He's the creative who everyone genuinely loves. His teddy bear looks, mellow attitude and dedication to art make him a friend to the office and an irreplaceable part of PDG+creative. With a broad range of personal interest in film, music, photography and design, Josh is able to exercise his everyday passions while creating new commercials, web sites, animations and collateral packages. A musical master, Josh has even composed new music for his commercial projects. All-in-all, he's the PDG+creative Renaissance Man, painting each of his projects with a little panache.
